- Should be above 35 years
- Level 2 or above coaching qualification / past National player with Coaching Experience(Head Coach)
- Minimum, Level 1 coaching qualification (Fielding Coach, Academy Coach, Ladies Cricket Coach)
- Experience in coaching junior cricketers with credible results
- Overseas exposure as a coach will be an added advantage
- Personality with charisma, command and self – discipline
- Good command of English knowledge
- Skills on IT will be an added advantage
